1. Remove BrainSync from Zoom
- Sign in to the Zoom App Marketplace.
- Open Manage → Added Apps.
- Find BrainSync and select Remove.
- Confirm the removal.
Zoom will stop future authorization and send BrainSync a signed deauthorization notification when configured. BrainSync validates Zoom webhook signatures before acting on lifecycle events.
2. Delete a BrainSync creator account
Send an email from the address associated with the creator account to support@jrpadhi.com with the subject Delete my BrainSync account.
After verifying control of the account, we will delete or irreversibly anonymize the creator profile, owned quizzes and chess challenges, media assets, meeting bindings, and associated live-session records, except information that must be retained for security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, or legal compliance.
3. Delete participant session data
A participant without a BrainSync account can request deletion by providing enough information to locate the record:
- Game PIN and approximate session date/time.
- Display name used in the session.
- Host or activity name, if known.
- Zoom meeting date and host—not the private meeting password or full invite link—if the session occurred in Zoom.
Because participant identities may be pseudonymous, we may need the host to confirm the request. We will not disclose another participant’s information during verification.
4. Request timeline and outcome
Deletion from active systems does not instantly remove encrypted backup copies. Those copies are isolated from normal use and expire through routine backup rotation.
5. Other privacy requests
The same verified process can be used to request access, correction, portability, restriction, or objection where applicable. Review the Privacy Policy for information about data categories, purposes, service providers, and retention.
6. Sign out without deleting
If you only want to end the current creator session, use Sign out in the creator dashboard. Signing out removes the local authentication session but preserves the account and content.
Include the relevant game PIN or approximate time of the issue, but never send a password.
